Bad Back? It Might Be Your Bed
If you wake up feeling more tired than when you went to sleep and your back is sore, you might not be suffering from a bad back; it might be a bad bed.
Beds like all other furnishings in a home, wear out. If you are not getting a restful sleep; chances it good is it time for a change of beds.
It is important that a bed be sturdy and also have a good
mattress. Spring for the best
mattress you can afford, your back and well being depend on it. As far as
bed frames go, a wrought
iron bed frame is a great choice as you can count on its durable design to hold together well and also offer great support for a good
mattress.
Another way to insure a good night's sleep is to block out the world. Invest in a
canopy bed and buy a heavy weight drapery fabric to go around the edges. When you're ready to sleep, pull your canopy closed and you will have a dark, cozy nook to snooze in. Additionally, turn off the television and radio, the constant noise and jabber can keep you from falling into the deeper levels of sleep that your brain needs to achieve in order for you to feel rested the following day.
Your
bed is the place you need to be unable to unwind and truly relax to be at your best. Make your
bedroom a place of relaxation instead of a place to try to catch a few z's. Add soft lighting, a few plants and soften up the room with some pillows and get rid of the clutter, you'll find that you'll be having good dreams at night and waking up refreshed in no time.
